Progress: Attended project feedback session (such inspiring projects!) and Elizabeth Dwoskin’s main stage talk (great advice and questions to ask!). Further refined the MVP Canvas and planning for my pivot to an Open Brewery DB research agent project. Gathered valuable feedback on forum posts from mentors and fellow builders (shoutout to Andrea and Connie! thank you!), which helped clarify the build strategy and provided some resources to look into.
Struggle: The lingering feeling of being behind schedule due to the mid-course pivot, balanced with the ongoing adjustment to the new project scope and understand that this is part of the process. On the upside, working with a domain and codebase I'm familiar with feels natural and is providing a decent boost of energy.
Plan: Put together a revised pitch to share with the community. Use Copilot CLI to orchestrate the agent system and start building out the prototype.
